Running your own apps using Coraline is easy.

Since, at its core, Coraline is a webkit renderer, you can point it to any HTML page on the filesystem and it will display and run it:

$ coraline /path/to/index.html

Creating your own apps

If you are looking to have your own applications (ionic, cordova or plain HTML/JS) running under Linux, have a look at the Quick Start Guide to begin.

Setting up which plugins to use and customizing the app (name, icon, splashscreen etc) happens by having a config.xml file in the content directory.

Then you can get into some specifics related to deployment, if you’re looking to distribute your app to others.
